We need to come up with the rules for determining what we’ll pay for certain types of loans in this pool we want to bid on.I wish we could flag certain loan to go to this department … we’ll have specialty servicers work on these other loans … route these cases to our call center … and we’ll just move quickly to REO on all of these.Can we apply data to predict the REO hold times, Foreclosure times and future HPI’s for these properties?Can we flag all the potential FHA loans that have some extra equity in them so we can do a quick refinance and get these loans off of our books?We need to ensure the processes at each stage, - and we need to be prepared for audits showing we consistently presented required options to all homeowners … (That should help us with our rating too)
